User data deletion

You have two ways to delete your data from Primal Run.

1. Directly in the app (immediate)

1. Open Primal Run and go to the Profile tab.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Confirm: your sign-in account (Google/Facebook on Firebase) and the data synced to the cloud (Firebase Firestore) are deleted.
4. Data stored locally (run history, statistics, settings) is removed by uninstalling the app from the device.

2. By email request

Write to info@primalrun.app with the subject "Primal Run data deletion", stating the email address you sign in with. We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The account information received at sign-in (name, email, profile picture) managed via Firebase Authentication.
• Your run history, statistics and settings, both on the device and in the synced copy on Firebase Firestore (cloud).

Note: raw GPS coordinates are not uploaded to our servers. If you are signed in, run history and statistics are synced to Firebase Firestore and linked to your account; deleting the account in the app removes that cloud copy.
