These Terms govern your use of Primal Run ("the app", "we"). By using the app you agree to them. Contact: info@primalrun.app.
Primal Run is a gamified running app with training plans, dynamic spatial audio and GPS tracking, where an animal chases you during the forest segments of your run.
A one-time in-app purchase of $9.99 unlocks all plans and animals and removes ads. Payments are processed by Google Play.
Consult a physician before starting any exercise program and make sure you are physically fit to run. Always stay aware of your surroundings, traffic and terrain while running; do not rely on the app for navigation or safety.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to its terms; refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law.
Use the app only for its intended purpose and do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer or disrupt it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and applicable EU law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
